Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Sip Olive for your olive-related product needs. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for the products purchased from our website.
Eligibility for Refunds
We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request for a refund must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- If the item is broken completely. (In this case, a continous video evidence will be required while parcel opening, video must contain the parcel receipt which is placed on the parcel).
Non-Refundable Items
Any Food item is non-refundable. HOWEVER, it is refundable if you receive the wrong item due to our mistake.
Refund Process

Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation or images, videos if applicable.
Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on returning the product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the returned items.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed in the customer’s bank account via cheque deposit.
The refund process may take 7 to 8 days.
